MSM is led by Lorraine Hannah — a CIM Chartered Marketer with over 15 years of senior experience across marketing, strategy and operations. Lorraine has worked across technology, healthcare, professional services, higher education and the public sector, building functions from the ground up, leading change, and delivering work that makes a real difference.
